Being a bar this place was vibrant on a Friday evening. Staff are attentive and friendly – always a positive and a must in the hospitality space.

Their garlic bread was more like a whole pizza itself. Best to share if you want to be able to have your main. Nicely done though garlicky and cheesy. Their entreƩ special was chicken and sweetcorn soup. It was more Asian style. Chunky chicken pieces with corn and garnished with coriander. Not bad but would have been more my cuppa if it was creamy and thick like chowder. Great for a wintery rainy day though.

The chicken cheese burger was huge! A bit messy to eat but well worth it with the chicken being tender and juicy. Blended well with the sauce on it. Their truffle mac n cheese with mushroom was “oh so good” but so bad for you! The macaroni could have been less mushy but it went well with the truffle and mushrooms and cheese. This is a great place to hang out after work and to watch a game of footie, if the airport is not too far for you!
